Writing WA and Night Parrot Press are thrilled to unveil the line-up of extraordinary authors featured in the first edition of the little journal!

For our speculative fiction issue, we asked for stories from the ‘super genre’, including horror, science fiction and fantasy, or any combination of these. Above all we were seeking stories that encapsulate the hope, wonder and dark side of humanity. The editors – Laura Keenan, Linda Martin and Aksel Dadswell – had the very difficult task of selecting just 30 stories for our inaugural publication from the over 160 submissions. We hear there were many debates!
