Such is Life, the social history writing group, is dedicated to motivating, encouraging, and supporting writers of faction—a blend of non-fiction and fiction—along with diary and journal writers, war history enthusiasts, family historians, travel writers, and more. If your writing weaves facts into storytelling, this is the perfect group for you.
We meet every 4th Sunday of the month from 2 to 4 pm, focusing on honing writing skills, receiving constructive feedback, and refining research methods.
The first meeting will be on 24 August at Mattie Furphy House, 11 Kirkwood Rd Swanbourne. Parking at Allen Park football oval, from 2 – 4pm.
