After failing high school twice, Josh Langley went onto become an award-winning radio copywriter and award-winning children’s author. Josh's area of passion is delivering positive mental health messages to primary school aged children in a fun and engaging way.
Biography
Josh Langley is the author of the popular 'Being You is Enough' self help book series for kids. He's published 9 books in 9 years and won the 2018 Australian Book Industry Awards Small Publishers’ Children’s Book of Year for his second Children's Book, 'It's OK to Feel the Way You Do'. An engaging speaker, he’s appeared at Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival, Telling Tales Balingup, delivered workshops and presented to over 60 primary schools.
He's a passionate mental health advocate with his work being used by child psychologists, counsellors, speech pathologists, schools and libraries across Australia, also by Perth Children’s Hospital, Children’s Tumour Foundation, Camp Quality, Story Box Library, CentaCare Victoria and Children’s Book Council of Australia WA Branch.
Josh's new children's book 'How to be a Wonder Hunter' will be out in August in time for CBCA Book week.
