A research team from Western Sydney University is investigating how people access and use the arts in Australia. In particular, researchers want to find out how the arts may have been used to cope with the disruptive events of 2020 (bushfire, drought, flood, coronavirus).
The aim of this research is to strengthen the evidence-base regarding the important role that the arts play in people’s lives during times of uncertainty and upheaval.
It is hoped to capture as many Australian voices as possible and have created a survey for this purpose.
The survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete and anyone who lives in Australia and is over the age of 18 can participate. Participants have the option to take part in a raffle and win one of nine $100 Westfield gift cards.
If you would be like to participate in this survey, you can find it online here.
