Louise Allan is the author of the bestselling novel, 'The Sisters' Song', which won the Tina Kane Emergent Writer Award in 2018. She was shortlisted for the 2014 City of Fremantle—TAG Hungerford Award, awarded a Varuna Residential Fellowship (2014) and was the Scholarship Writer in Residence at Katharine Susannah Prichard Writers' Centre (2019). Louise lives in Perth, Western Australia, with her family and two dogs.
