Summary

After failing high school twice, Josh Langley went onto become an award-winning radio copywriter and award-winning children’s author. His quirky and inspirational books have inspired thousands of people around the world.

Biography

Josh Langley has published 7 books in 8 years and won the 2018 Australian Book Industry Awards Small Publishers’ Children’s Book of Year for his second Children's Book, 'It's OK to Feel the Way You Do'.. An engaging speaker, he’s appeared at Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival, Telling Tales Balingup, delivered workshops and presented to over 40 primary schools.

He’s also a multi award-winning radio creative writer and runs his own creative agency with his husband. Josh lectured radio copywriting at WAAPA and the Academy of Radio from 2000 to 2003. He is also a cartoonist, photographer, abstract painter and professional daydreamer. He’s currently running workshops based on his latest book 'Find Your Creative Mojo: How to overcome fear, procrastination and self-doubt to express your true self'. He lives on 7 and a half acres in the South West of Western Australia.

Josh's new children's book 'Magnificent Mistakes and Fantastic Failures; Finding the good when things go bad' will be released early 2020.
