Barry Nicholls is a former A-grade district cricketer who has written about sport for three decades. He was a broadcaster on ABC Radio for nearly 20 years. Barry has written ten books, including Second Innings: On men, mental health and cricket, The Establishment Boys: The other side of Kerry Packer's Cricket Revolution and For Those Who Wait: The Barry Jarman Story. He has contributed to Inside Sport, Wisden Cricketers’ Almanac Australia and other publications.

Biography

Barry Nicholls is a former school teacher turned journalist. He taught at St Ignatius College in Adelaide for 13 years before completing a Master's degree in Journalism. Barry worked for News Corp as a print journalist before presenting various state and national programs on ABC radio including a sports books podcast for ABC Grandstand. He has written ten books.
