The Margaret and Colin Roderick Literary Award is awarded to the best original book of the previous year dealing with any aspect of Australian life, first published by an Australian publisher.

Nomination fee: $50.

Prize: the winner of the 2024 Margaret and Colin Roderick Literary Award will receive $50,000 in prize money and presented the H.T. Priestley Medal.
