Saci Books Writing Competition

How has 2020 been for you? Do you have a story to tell about this invisible baddie that took over the world, aka coronavirus? Do you think this lockdown and quarantine was really all that bad? What did you do during this year?

Respond in any written format that you want: a song, a comic strip, a poem, a short story, a paragraph, anything is welcome.

You can illustrate your story if you feel like it.

Categories: Pencil (4 to 6 years old); Pen (7 to 11 years old); Keyboard (12 to 17 years old.

Saci Books will choose 5-10 stories for each of the age groups. The winners will be published on a compilation of stories and will receive royalties from all book sales.

The entry is open worldwide, although Saci Books is based in Sydney.

Closing date: Monday 19 April 2021.
