Regional Arts Fund Project Grants

Project Grants aim to support regional and remote communities, and individual artists, to create high quality arts projects that develop partnerships and networks, broaden community engagement and increase employment and professional development opportunities for regional and remote artists.

The RAF Project Grants will operate as a competitive funding round.

Grant categories

Individual – maximum amount $15,000: assists individual artists and arts workers to undertake professional development and/or a creative development project. Individuals can be emerging or professional but must show a dedication to their chosen art form.

Community – maximum amount $30,000: assists arts groups, community organisations and local governments to undertake projects that involve regional artists and significantly engage the community in which they are based. They can also be used for professional development opportunities for regional artists, arts groups or community organisations.

All Projects must be completed by 30 June 2022.

Closing date for applications: Thursday 11 March 2021.
