Copyright Agency’s Publishing Industry Career Development Grants

The Copyright Agency’s Publishing Industry Career Development Grants are aimed at mid-career publishing individuals in trade and educational publishing, Australian literary agents, freelance editors and editors working at literary magazines and journals in Australia.

The Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund will support opportunities for individual career development. The length of the project can vary, depending on the individual project, and should be completed by 31 July 2022.

Amount of grant: $5,000.

Successful recipients will be required to write a report of up to 5,000 words on the completion of their project. If appropriate, the report may be shared with industry peers.

These grants will support projects that start after 1 July 2021.

Closing date for applications: Monday 22 March 2021.
