Over the next 30 weeks the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance will be starting conversations based around all 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as we imagine our human rights and responsibilities anew.
This campaign—the Human Rights x Human Responsibilities (HRXHR) project—has two key objectives:
- To capitalise on this moment of heightened understanding of human rights to educate with empathy.
- To collect and record community conversations and enhance creative wellbeing during this period of isolation and rebuilding, with a particular focus on marginalised voices.
Human Rights x Human Responsibilities will culminate on 10 December 2020, International Human Rights Day.
How you can participate:
Respond to the questions asked on the HRXHR website each week.
Writing WA is a proud supporter of this new initiative by the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance and we encourage you to contribute.
