Katie Stewart is a children’s author and illustrator. Born in the north of England, she came to Australia at the age of nine. She has worked as an archaeologist, teacher and school library assistant, but writing and illustrating have always been her dream. Her first traditionally published book, “What Colour is the Sea?” came out with Fremantle Press in March, 2020 and her second, “Where Do the Stars Go?” is due out mid-2021, also with Fremantle Press.
