Wednesday Writing Classes in the City: Basic Psychology for Writing Characters

8 February @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

$20 – $25
ID: a mid-shot of writer Asha Rajan, who is wearing a blue dress with a while floral pattern. Her chin rests on her hand and she is smiling directly into the camera.

This session of Wednesday Writing Classes in the City is an interview between Asha Rajan and Shirley Eldridge.

The topic of conversation will cover researching her 2016 book, Mima: A case of abduction, rape and murder. Shirley will talk about the research process when dealing with these topics and the murder of a friend. How do you deal with these traumatic events and be the objective researcher, while being mindful of self-care? There will be time for you to ask questions.

From 11.30 am to 12 noon, there will be an opportunity to socialise and mingle.

Cost: $20 for members of SWWWA. $25 for non-members.
