The Colours of Katharine: Commemorative Event

The KSP Foundation, with support from the Department of Local Government, Sports and Cultural Industries, and the Shire of Mundaring, are pleased to present this free community event to commemorate the 50th anniversary since author Katharine Susannah Prichard passed away.

  • KSP Cafe with free tea and coffee and jazz playlist on the balcony
  • Sausage sizzle lunch and charity bake sale with delicious home-baked treats
  • Do the Charleston like KSP – interactive dance demonstration
  • Wild Weeds & Windflowers: Free guided heritage garden tour (morning)
  • Secrets, Scandals & Stories: Free guided heritage property tour (afternoon)
  • Historic displays, giveaways and exhibitions
  • Special guest talks
  • Announcement of KSP commemorative anthology competition winners, plus book launch
  • KSP Community Choir performance with Bernard Carney
