In Conversation with Stan Grant

9 May @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$20

Dymocks Garden City, in partnership with All Saints’ College, presents an evening with Stan Grant, author of Walkley Award-winning bestselling memoir Talking to My Country. In his only WA event, Stan will be in conversation with interviewer Meri Fatin to talk about his new book Australia Day.

This will be followed by book signings in the foyer after the event. Stan Grant is a Wiradjuri and Kamilaroi man, and since publishing his critically acclaimed and Walkley Award-winning bestselling memoir Talking to My Country in early 2016, Stan has been crossing the country, talking to huge crowds about how racism is at the heart of our history and the Australian dream. In his new book, Stan talks about who we are as a nation, about nationhood, the Indigenous struggle for belonging and identity in Australia, and what it means to be Australian.

Bookings can be made via trybooking.
