| Biography | Urszula Dawkins is a creative writer, journalist and editor based in Fremantle, Western Australia. Her writing has been published in journals and anthologies in Australia, the UK and the USA; she has also performed her work widely at spoken word events and festivals. She has undertaken creative residencies in Sydney, northern Minnesota and Reykjavík, and in 2004 was awarded a Goethe-Institut scholarship to study German in Berlin. In 2010 she will join The Arctic Circle artist residency in high arctic Scandinavia. She is a member of Murdoch University's Centre for Everyday Life. |
