| Biography | Lucky to have had a lifetime of richly varied experiences, and many different careers including technician, sailor, musician, engineer, IT consultant. I love writing, having written many thousands of business and technical letters, etc. Huge interest in creative writing, and in trying to craft word placement so as to maximise import while minimising ambiguity. I deeply admire writers of economy. Wrote a Sci-Fi novella 25 years ago, mainly for my kids; just completed second rewrite of 110k wd genre novel, submitting to HarperCollins-Varuna project for now, others later. Next I envisage some life writing, including family histories, followed by more fiction. Can recommend retirement! |
