Biography A thought leader, author and businesswoman, Wendy is committed to thriving, long-lasting organisations whose leadership is grounded in Good Corporate Citizenship that allows all stakeholders to reach their own unique potentials for the benefit of all. While all her IP and Business Development work incorporates her unique style of creative rigour, through The Glastonbury Company she directs the Resilient Leadership Program. This ground-breaking Program has been developed by a global group of experts for leaders to lead well in times of severe change, by enhancing and developing Resilient Leadership from the top level. Deeply committed to the community in which she lives, Wendy has been involved with community organisations since the tender age of 16. Currently she is an active member of Rotary International (District 9450 and the Rotary Club of Perth). She has been married to Rob, doctor and fellow adventurer, for 38 years. They have three adult children, two children-in-law and two delightful grand-children. When not doing her work, which she loves, she enjoys reading about and adventuring on land and ocean, and spending time with family and friends.
