| Biography |
Jen loves the fun and intensity of writing for younger readers. Her comedy/spec-fic novel, 'Spider Lies' (Fremantle Press), came out in 2009, and 2010 saw her ‘coming of age’ story, ‘Through the Break’, included in the children's sci-fi anthology, 'Worlds Next Door' (Fablecroft). Her second middle readers’ novel, the comedy/adventure 'Mystery at Riddle Gully', will be released by Fremantle Press in May 2012, and forms part of her work towards a PhD in creative writing at the University of WA. Jen was born in Perth and, with her family, lives there still, happily within sniffing distance of the Indian Ocean. |
