Ubud Writers & Readers Festival: Early Bird Tickets

The sneak peek lineup for this year's Ubud Writers & Readers Festival (25-29 October) in Bali has now been revealed, and Early Bird tickets to Southeast Asia's most celebrated literary and artistic event are on sale now.

From Kalimantan to Canada, Riau to Lucknow, the first release features 16 of the world's leading authors, artists, thinkers and performers, including king of crime writing Ian Rankin, Canadian historical fiction writer Madeleine Thien, the author of now critically-acclaimed film, Lion, Saroo Brierley, Malaysian political author and activist Marina Mahathir, Founder of the Australian Climate Council Tim Flannery, revered Indonesian authors Seno Gumira Ajidarma and Leila S. Chudori, Indonesia's premier theater group, Papermoon, and internationally acclaimed dancer-choreographer, Eko Supriyanto, plus many more.
