"We are in this business to work with writers who have something worthwhile to say. We're not interested in their publishing backgrounds, just whether or not they can write on topics people want to read about. If we think there is a commercial audience for a book that a writer pitches us or if we can work with them to package a book they will sell themselves, then we're interested," said Leah Bryan, founding partner of Nuhouse Press.
The publisher opened for business this month with two brand new titles already rolling off the presses and will also distribute and sell books published elsewhere.
